To create an epicjili Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including a valid Philippine mobile number, a secure password, and confirmation of your age and identity. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information whenever it changes.
Prior to processing any withdrawal from your epicjili Wallet, you will be required to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued identification document. Accepted documents include:
Gameplay and deposits are available immediately upon registration. Withdrawal functionality is activated only after successful KYC verification. epicjili processes KYC submissions within 1–3 business days.
Each natural person may maintain only one (1) active epicjili Account. Accounts are non-transferable. Sharing Account credentials with any third party is prohibited. epicjili uses technical and manual controls to detect duplicate accounts, and any funds in duplicate accounts may be confiscated.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your epicjili Account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. You agree to:
epicjili accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to maintain adequate credential security. epicjili will never contact you to request your password or full OTP via any channel.
epicjili accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank (via InstaPay), Coins.ph, 7-Eleven, and USDT TRC20 cryptocurrency. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100. GCash and PayMaya deposits reflect in your epicjili Wallet immediately upon successful completion of the transaction. Bank transfers typically clear within 5–30 minutes depending on the sending bank's InstaPay processing time.
All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to family members — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and return of funds to the originating source.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted by Players who have completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically completed within 1–2 business hours.
epicjili reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for amounts exceeding thresholds specified by PAGCOR and the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended pending resolution of any ongoing investigation into Account activity.
The epicjili Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction. epicjili is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between the time of deposit and withdrawal of cryptocurrency funds.
epicjili offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. The following general terms apply to all epicjili bonuses unless superseded by specific promotion terms:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written authorization from epicjili.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law:
epicjili reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon termination for cause, any Bonus balances in the Account will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to the Player's verified payment method after deduction of any amounts owed to epicjili, subject to the completion of any required investigations. epicjili will not return funds where termination results from proven fraud or money laundering.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter, as amended) and Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act).
In the event of any dispute between you and epicjili, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be referred to the appropriate courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with venue in Metro Manila unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Players who believe their dispute has not been adequately resolved may also escalate the matter to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution channel, details of which are available on the PAGCOR official website.
epicjili reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, epicjili will provide notice via a prominent notice on the Platform and/or by SMS to your registered mobile number at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable.
Your continued use of the epicjili Platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance in accordance with Section 5.2 above.
